What does '어떻게' mean in Korean?

ㅌ	T	(there's no double ㅌ sound in the Korean system)

 

  Personally, I wouldn't say TT is a perfect match for ㄸ because ㄸ's original form ㄷ only romanized as Alphabet 'D'. But Korea's ㄷ [D] is also not exactly the same sound as the English [D] sound. ㄷ is a D sound with a bit of affricate so, some people think this sounds like T. ㄷ could only romanize as [D] whereas, ㄸ could romanize as [DD or TT] because there is no double ㅌ sound in Korean which mean you wouldn't be confused with ㅌ's double form. This kind of logic applies to other Hanguls too.
